Where can I place the bin?
The truck movement must be on a reasonable level and sealed surface and requires 3m of clearance. If you request the bin to be placed in a poor position and damage to the property is incurred Ninja Skip Bins takes no responsibility and you may incur charges for damage to the truck or the recovery of the truck from your property and losses due to the truck being inactive.
Can I select a delivery time?
We offer AM/PM delivery times. However, we will attempt to keep to that time but the industry is dependent on many variables on a changing hourly basis. It is best to book the bin the day prior to needing the skip bin.
Can I fill over the skip bin rim?
No materials should be above the rim of the bin. The bin will not be picked up and a $80 re pickup fee is charged.
Can I hire the skip bin for a shorter period of time?
Skip bin hire quotations include UP TO 5 days hire. The moment you would like bin picked up simply text ‘Bin ready for pickup ’ to the number you received the quote from and skip bin is booked in for pickup.
Can I hire the skip bin for a longer period of time?
Yes, we offer longer skip hire periods, please contact out team once you receive a quote and we can cater for your needs.
What happens if restricted items are placed in the bin?
Food waste, paint, oil and chemicals are returned to customer premises. Asbestos contaminated waste has a number of options. Depending on the type of waste in the bin. The most expensive is concrete and brick contaminated with asbestos. A 2M skip bin can weigh 2 tonnes at $400 per tonne it can get VERY expensive.
How can I pay for the skip bin hire?
Payment can be made either prior or at the time of delivery. We accept the following payment methods:

Due to high demand we recommend that you book at least one day in advance, however, we will do our best to accommodate same day delivery where possible.

We recommend that you notify us at least one day in advance to pickup your skip bin. Please note the pickup date may vary depending on delivery schedules.
How big is a cubic meter?

What waste cant I put in a skip bin?
We do not accept tree stumps, asbestos, gas bottles, paints, oils, food scraps, or any form of chemical waste, including household and garden chemicals.
